How far is the home from Stanford?

Do you allow direct bookings?

Yes. Submit the form on this page; we'll confirm availability and send our Agreement for e-signature.

Is EV charging available?

Yes. Free Level-2 charging on site (ChargePoint). Works for Teslas and non-Teslas: standard J1772 connector plus an adapter available for Teslas (NACS). Typical charging adds ~30 miles of range per hour, depending on your vehicle.

Are taxes and the cleaning fee pass-through costs?

Yes. The 10% Transient Occupancy Tax is remitted to the local authority, and the $195 cleaning fee goes to our cleaning team. We don't profit from either.

What are the house rules and restrictions?
